This is a fitting title. My experience in tech has ingrained in me this phrase. Though I think Dr. Frankenstein’s immortal words may be more apropos: “It’s alive!”
By some measures, we live an interesting life. One which my family and I have wanted to share more broadly for some time. Bursts in social media notwithstanding, I wanted to leave a more organized legacy. A compendium for my children or others I would have enjoyed mentoring. Without asking much permission, I roped in my wife and kids to help write the story.
This site is simultaneously a repository of lessons to our children and an indulgence in our adventures through life. You can find bespoke advice to younger selves, or ride shotgun on a whimsical trip around the world. Reflections on both mistakes and successes drive our personal perspective which I hope you find useful or entertaining, or both.
